🗑️ Meta Data Deletion Policy

User Data Deletion Instructions

In accordance with Meta Platform Rules (Instagram Graph API) and GDPR/CCPA regulations.

Triggrly values your privacy. If you wish to delete your account, remove your connected Instagram Business/Creator profile, or erase your stored automation data from our servers, follow any of the 3 simple methods described below.

Method 1: Disconnect Directly from Triggrly Dashboard (Instant)

You can immediately revoke access and delete stored Instagram tokens right from your account:

  1. Log in to your Triggrly Dashboard (https://triggrly.rollingfeettales.in/dashboard).
  2. Navigate to the Settings tab in the navigation menu.
  3. Under the Instagram Connection section, click "Disconnect Account".
  4. Confirm the prompt. This immediately revokes and purges your active Instagram Graph API access tokens and halts all automation triggers.

Method 2: Remove Triggrly via Facebook / Instagram Settings

You can revoke Triggrly's permissions directly via Meta's security portal at any time:

  1. Disconnect Triggrly from your Instagram account at any time through your Instagram App Settings.
  2. Find Triggrly in the list of active authorized applications.
  3. Click Remove and confirm.
  4. Meta will automatically notify our server and revoke all authorized access tokens.

Method 3: Submit a Full Data Erasure Request (Permanent Purge)

If you wish to completely wipe your user account, email address, password hash, automation rules, and verified follower records from our database:

Send an email to our support desk with the subject "Data Deletion Request" from the email address associated with your Triggrly account:

Subject: Data Deletion Request - [Your Registered Email or Instagram Username]

Processing Time: All data deletion requests are permanently fulfilled within 48 hours.

What Data is Deleted?

Upon receiving a deletion request or account cancellation, we permanently purge:

  • Your user account profile, email address, and encrypted passwords.
  • Meta Graph API Access Tokens, Page Tokens, and Connected Instagram Account IDs.
  • All configured automation triggers, keywords, response templates, and resource links.
  • All historical DM log counts, verified follower associations, and webhook event logs.
